Land and township development are oriented as core business in the strategic of Nam Long development. Nam Long proceed with land compensation/ diversification and/or land without detail master plan and internal infrastructure for lease. Nam Long has 680+ ha of clean land bank spreading through the South: Can Tho, Long An, Ho Chi Minh City.

Housing Development

In the category of housing development, Nam Long focus on the strategic of core products, EHome/ EHomeS, Flora and Valora, based on the efficient design standard of optimizing living space and project size to afford customer for their own house with full facilities.

Successfully unlocked 02 large township projects. Nam Long Group cooperated with Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Nishi Nippon Railroad to develop the fifth project called Akari City. Nam Long along with their Japanese partners Nishi Nippon Railroad, TBS group and Tan Hiep Investment Limited will invest 6900 billion VND to develop Phase 1 of Waterpoint Township area 355 hectares.
