Nam Long’s Muzuki Park wins 2 Asia Property Awards

HCM CITY — Mizuki Park township developed by Nam Long Investment Corporation and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. and Nishi Nippon Railroad overcame competition from many strong local and international contenders to win the “Best Mixed Use Development" at the 2018 Asia Property Awards in Bangkok on May 4.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards, part of the International Property Awards, recognise and honour outstanding companies in the property industry and the best residential g and commercial real estate projects.

The awards this year attracted entries from many countries in the region in categories such as development, architecture, real estate and interior design.

To win the awards, corporations and projects have to go through a rigorous evaluation and assessment process by a jury consisting of more than 60 leading real estate experts from around the world.

Speaking about the awards, Chu Chee Kwang, general director of Nam Long Investment Corporation, said: "Mizuki Park is one of the key projects of Nam Long in 2017 –24, and we are very confident about the success of the fourth project in co-operation with the two Japanese partners.

Situated 120m off Nguyễn Văn Linh Avenue and connected by a 10-lane service road, the 26ha Mizuki Park has more than 4,670 Flora Mizuki detached apartments and 170 Valora Mizuki townhouses and villas.

The project has various amenities such as a 2km riverside road, 2.5km bike route along an artificial canal and the main road, a 1.7ha landscape lake, more than 103,000sq.m of vegetation, a 7,500sq.m medical facility, a 40,000sq.m educational facility, 15,000sq.m of commercial and services space and apartments, and a 5,000sq.m administrative and cultural area.

The urban area also has a variety of outdoor facilities and is interwoven with a beautiful canal system surrounding the project.

The highlights include an ecological park, central square, family park, meditation park, children’s park, bonsai garden, marina, sport and recreation area, swimming pool for adults and children, walking path, biking road, and kite-flying area.

Mizuki Park’s component projects such as Flora Mizuki can make use of all the common facilities.

Residents can also enjoy the amenities within their own projects such as canals, canal park, shop houses; swimming pools for adults and children; outdoor and indoor children’s playgrounds; BBQ area; gym; recreation room; and private security.
