Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the international and domestic awards have been hosted online. This year, Nam Long continues to be nominated for many prestigious categories of the International Property Awards 2020 and on the Vietnam Report’s trusted charts including Top 10 Investors, 50 Best Growth of FAST500 and Top Profit 500.

Compete in the international battle

Defeating many heavy competitors in the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2020, organized by the International Property Awards, Nam Long was double crowned with Best Public Service Development for Mizuki Park and Best Development Marketing for Akari City. This is the 6th continuous year Nam Long is nominated in this competition.

Asia-Pacific Property Awards is part of the world-renowned International Property Awards in which the participating entries are strictly evaluated by a panel of judges who are experts in Real Estate from more than 60 different countries. For that reason, the award is considered tough and has been attracting real estate developers from many countries in the regions applying for categories from developer, project, architecture, consulting and interior.

Conquer the domestic charts

In the public assessment organized by Vietnam Report and VietNamNet, Nam Long scored a hat-trick with names among the 3 charts 50 Best Growth in Vietnam 2019 (FAST500), PROFIT500 and Top 10 Real Estate Investors in 2020.

This year marks the 10th year partnership of Vietnam Report and Vietnamnet in publishing the above charts based on scientific and objective principles, including financial results, financial capacity, high growth potential, continuous improvement, invention, social and community responsibility, media score calculated using Media Coding method, industry expert survey, residents satisfaction survey, etc.
