The Dot Property Vietnam Awards 2023 International Real Estate Awards emphasized the importance of sharing sustainable business models that are resilient against negative market impacts. Nam Long Group with its 30 years of experience in the Vietnamese market, has consistently prioritized sustainable business practices as a long-term strategy. Amidst market volatility, the company has focused on developing product lines that cater to the genuine needs of the market. Notably, their EHomeS social housing, priced from 600 million dong per unit, and EHome affordable apartments have gained significant attention.

Recently, Nam Long Group launched two campaigns, "Together make housing affordable again" and "Together with homebuyers for a stable and sustainable Vietnamese real estate market." As part of these campaigns, the group implemented practical solutions such as restructuring products to follow market demand, optimizing selling prices, increasing amenities in townships, and expanding cooperation with partners such as contractors, banks, strategic product distribution agents, and furniture suppliers.

Nam Long Group is set to introduce a diverse range of affordable housing options in Q4 2023, including more than 500 EHome Southgate apartments in Long An priced from 1 billion dong and 1,602 EHomeS apartments at the Nam Long Central Lake project in Can Tho priced from 600 million dong per unit. The Flora condominium products at the Akari City project in HCMC are also priced for ease of ownership, with prices starting at about 3 billion dong per unit.

To further increase affordability, Nam Long Group offers flexible financial solutions such as installment payments and low-interest rates. For instance, with EHome Southgate, customers can pay only 30% of the apartment's value (about 300 million dong) divided into five installments until receiving the house. Banks lend up to 65% of the product value with corresponding disbursement from the third installment without interest before receiving the house. After receiving the house, customers can pay a fixed interest rate of 3.1%/year for 24 months with a grace period of 24 months on principal.

At Flora Akari City, customers can own their apartment with just 30% of the total value, payable in easy installments until they receive the house. Banks are willing to lend up to 65% of the product value. Investors offer an interest rate of 7% per year and a grace period of 2 years for principal debt, with customers only paying a small difference in interest rate (about 1% according to current rates). Those who choose to pay quickly and not borrow can receive a discount of up to 9% of the product value.

Nam Long Group 's medium and long-term plan is to prioritize resources and land funds for products that meet real housing needs, creating new and livable townships that contribute to improving the quality of life for Vietnamese people.
