The EHome/EHomeS line of affordable apartments (priced around VND 1 billion/unit) and social housing (priced around VND 600 million/unit) has received high praise from both the government and people of Nam Long Group. Nam Long Group introduced this product line for the first time in 2008 and has provided over 8,000 units to the market so far. The company plans to provide an additional 20,000 units by 2030 across provinces and cities such as Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Can Tho, Dong Nai, Hai Phong, etc.

Nam Long Group is expected to introduce 1,602 EHomeS apartments in Can Tho, 580 EHome Southgate apartments in Long An, and 242 EHomeS Nam Sai Gon apartments in Binh Chanh to the market by the end of this year. These apartments are expected to be handed over in the first quarter of 2024.
